I have recently tried the hwdVideoShare component and a video sharing compatible webhost and am finding it working very well and very easy to set up.

I have found this great system: JOBGROK, where you can do a complete management of HR Job Postngs, Listings, etc. I can present on this in March, along with the owners of the company, who can chime in on skype.
